01880085400 -06• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share and visibility.
• Partner with Distributors/dealers to understand their business needs and objectives to keep long term business relationship and ensure business profitability.
• Identify new business opportunity in gap market and growth opportunity in established market and take strategic and operational initiatives to explore them.
• Maintain healthy product portfolio with alignment with the industry to long term business growth.
• Maintain business partner and market hygiene as per objective of the management and maintain steady growth.
• Assess market competition, identify key factors in terms of business policy, product, prices, trade marketing promos to increase market competitiveness.
• Identify right marketing strategy and execution plan to ensure brand establishment, visibility and growth.
• Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
• Lead and monitor Sales and Marketing functions and relevant manpower to achieve business objective.
• Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Make strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implement productivity and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
• Need to setup sales employee goal & SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).
• Conduct volume forecasting and proper stock management of DB to ensure in time product distribution as per demand of the market.
• Co-ordinate with other functional area to ensure smooth business operation.
• Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Excellent negotiation skills, diplomatic and courteous & should have excellent well-spoken and presentation skills
