Job Description

  • To ensure the smooth operations of the entire Spinning units.
  • Responsibilities of overall Administration & HR operations.
  • Policy Execution & Initiative for new policy formulation.
  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
  • Communicate with marketing team to keep an update on order status, production status as well as delivery status.
  • Strong ability on Banking/Supply chain/Backward linkage management.
  • Must have the ability to understand current market trends.
  • Active participation and share most common issues, challenges & best practices.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing production activities and issues.
  • Risk Management.

  • Disciplinary actions as per Law and Company Code of Conduct
  • Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures as required.
  • Organization Development proficiency: Manage annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
  • Maintain sound liaison and public relations with all relevant authorities including law enforcement agencies, different government agencies and local influential community leaders to ensure smooth operation.
  • Good Communication with local community.
  • To maintain liaison with local govt. offices (PS, DC, RAB, Labor office, Titas gas, DESA, DESCO, BGMEA, BTMA).
  • To ensure regular supply of all utilities services.
  • To supervise & control of duties, responsibilities of subordinate staff.
  • Monitoring & supervise the various issues like security system, Transport maintenance, Canteen maintenance, maintain personal file, promotion, transfer, increment & performance appraisal.

Additional Educational Requirements

  • Masters in any discipline from reputed University / MBA in HRM from any recognized University.
  • Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will be given preference.
  • Retd. Major and above rank officials are highly encouraged to apply.
