Functional Designation: Officer, Recruitment & Talent Management
Position: Officer Grade I - II
Job Location: Head Office
Reports To: Manager, Recruitment & Talent Management
Department & Division: Human Resources

Job Description

• Conduct & coordinate CV screening, pre-selection tests and interviews
• Ensure profile creation and data input in T&R
• Issue Medical Letter & Appointment Letter
• Ensure verification of NID, Academic Certificates, References and Release Order for joining
• Maintain relevant MIS and preserve hardcopy documents
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience and required setup for the new joiner
• Prepare employee files after every new joining
• Maintaining liaison with the related bank for salary account opening of the new joiners
• Conduct tasks assigned by HoHR

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Educational Requirements

Minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 in graduation /post-graduation with a major in HRM/Management/Business Administration from reputed university

Experience Requirements

  • Experience Required 2 to 3 Year(s)

Job Requirements

  • Both Male and Female can Apply

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
• Candidates with experience from Banks & NBFIs will get preference

Additional Requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office package
• Ability to work under stress and adaptive to changes
• Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
