Job Context

A renowned telecom company is looking for skilled, dynamic and self-motivated individuals for the position of Manager Sales- Distribution for Video Surveillance (IP Camera, NVR and relevant) products.

Job Description

• Develop sales plan through distributionchannels and implement according to the plan for CCTV and related product.
• Set distribution goals and manage distribution sales operations to achieve the set goals
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve the target
• Develop  and appoint new dealers, resellers to establish sales
• Build strong relationships with dealers, resellers
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas
• Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
• Estimate monthly product demand as per sales plan
• Prepare and update daily sales & distribution related detailed report and submit to the Management.
• Any other task assigned by management.

• A minimum of 5years’ experience in leading a Sales & Distribution function for CCTV products
• Excellent experience in building relationships with channel partners
• Ability to understand competitive analysis and be a knowledge base for the product range
