Job Description

  • Frame & set strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the market promotion and development
  • Analyze and design new course for online flat form based on demand
  • Set, monitor and report on team goals and target achievement
  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer priority to satisfy
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
  • Identify trends and determine system improvements to achieve marketing and sales targets
  • Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales targets
  • Research and capitalize on different marketing opportunities to improve product marketability and profitability
  • Gather, investigate and summarize data and trends to provide accurate information on market situation and share
  • Stay up to date on job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, attending conferences and workshops, reading professional publications, maintaining a personal network and organizations linkage
  • Collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals
  • Connect and rapport building with the influencers for promotion and branding
  • Prepare quarterly and annual hiring plans of sales force
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

  • Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure preferred
  • Passion to Information Technology and skill up gradation
  • Business Administration in Marketing or relevant field
