We are hiring for the post of Manager-HR & Admin for a reputed auto motors (Car) company.

Job Description

• Developing and executing an annual agenda for HR & Admin strategy in line with the business plan as well as ensuring HR & Admin plans to support the needs of the business.

• Monitoring & ensuring strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
• Information Systems, talent management, performance management, manpower planning, succession planning, etc. • Leading the HR and Admin team with proper assignment distribution, co-ordination, co-operation & follow up. • Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. • Establish a reward culture based on work performance and motivate all staff to act accordingly. • Designing and implementing performance management system. • Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management. • Capable to run all HR initiatives, systems and tactics of the company. • Develop corporate plan for various HR matters such as Recruitment, Selection, performance evaluation, staffing and training. • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics • Provides general secretarial and administrative support (updating staff files and contracts, handling correspondence and filing etc.). • Keep record of attendance, absences, leave and prepare monthly salary sheet. • Ability to prepare Job description of every employee at the time of recruitment and evaluate them in quarterly, in this system all existing employees would be evaluated. • Organize and attend in all business meeting as per business requirements in and out as and when required. • Employee ID card & Visiting Card Requisition & Distribution. Employee SIM Card stock maintain & distribution. • Daily employee information update. Assist interview Session. • Monthly missing finger and late attendance report prepare. • Received Parcel, Courier, Bills and distribute to concern Department/Person. • Office Stationary & Snacks requisition, Maintain and distribution. • Weekly employee accommodation list update. Desk & Locker key management. • Any other work assigned by the management.
