Job Description

1. Plan and achieve sales in RRN sales in line of overall company target. 2. Establish Distribution Channel across the country for RA Solar Products. 3. Work as a key person for Rahimafrooz (RA) SHS for maintaining required coordination and execution of the associated goal. 4. Ensure year to year market growth to maintain RA leadership in the market. 5. Establish and practice Key Account Management approach. 6. Maintain excellent rapport with the major stake holders, like IDCOL and the Partner Organizations (POs). 7. Work actively to establish “Rahimafrooz Solar” brand in rural market. 8. Participate in carrying out necessary promotional plan. 9. Payment collection as per agreed time frame to ensure proper cash flow. 10. Provide & Support to carry out trial projects rural market as new revenue stream. 11. Frequent field visit for implementation and monitoring. 12. Coordinate with Rural Services Foundation (RSF) in formulating and implementing SHS marketing strategies. 13. Tracking competition (Strategies & activities) and recommending necessary measures. 14. Analyze and report sales performance with recommendation for improvement. 15. Provide support in new product sourcing as per customer’s requirement. 16. Implement internal process in line with QMS and other necessary statutory requirements 17. Work closely with sales and cross functional team member for better performance.

Additional Educational Requirements

Business Graduate/B.Sc. Engineer EEE from Reputed University. Double degree will be preferred (Engg + Business)
