Job Context

A leading Lift/ Elevator importer and service provider company is looking for "Head of HR" for their Head Office.

Job Description

∎ Managing all HR functions of the company including Recruitment, Compensation, Training, Compliance, HR Information Systems (ERP), Talent & performance management, manpower planning etc. ∎ Work closely with various departments/units in a coordinating role, assist managers to understand and implement related policies and procedures. ∎ Administer performance management systems for all project staff including facilitation of yearly performance appraisal, provision of feedback and initiation of corrective actions. ∎ Develop/revise job description, formats and guidelines and process the yearly staff appraisal. ∎ Reporting on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement of the fast trackers. ∎ Create execute and motivate to build up a competitive & performance driven team work environment for all the Deptt / Dev / Sectors. ∎ Optimistic approach to build up dynamic, potential future generation to achieve desired goal. ∎ To ensure compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures. ∎ Develop feasible and sustainable Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) with vendors/Third Parties and print control. ∎ Conduct or arrange formal & informal Training for the Employees/Workers. ∎ Budget preparing with Cost to Company (CTC) and controlling the office expenses and maintenance. ∎ Any other task assigned by the top Management from time to time.

Educational Requirements


Additional Educational Requirements

MBA/ BBA major in Human Resource Management. PGD in HRM from BIM will be preferred.

Working at Lift/ Elevator company will be preferred.
