Job Description

1. Manage Factory Mechanical functions and Utility (WTP, Boiler, Chillers & Air Compressors) 2. Manage Autonomous, Preventive & Predictive maintenance program on timely to improve equipment actual status. 3. Update P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagram) of plant & process as on required. 4. Conduct periodic overhauls & required maintenance in accordance with the recommendations of the equipment manufacturers and/or based on plant requirements 5. Maintain & update material management system for spares, tools & equipment in sufficient quantity so to use and/or replace when required. 6. Implement and maintain Factory Food Safety & OSHE requirements 7. Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) of maintenance for all machines and equipment’s

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc/ M.Sc

Additional Educational Requirements

1. Conversant with Engineering & OSHE related international standards & capability to work with those standard 2. Ability to read machine and plant blue-prints and other technical drawings. 3. Working Knowledge on AutoCAD is required 4. Good communication skills in verbal and written English.

1. B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university/ Institution. 2. Working experience with detail instrumentation and control systems engineering in leading organization(s). 3. Hands on working knowledge and clear understanding of Control Logic, Flow Chart, Mechanical Field Instrumentation etc. 4. Use the ERP software SAP related to maintenance Issue- preferred but not mandatory
