We are urgently hiring for the post of Chief Financial Officer(CFO) for a reputed Financial Organization.
Job Description
Providing overall guidance and oversight to Financial Management of the entire Group;
Providing leadership, direction, and management of the Finance and Accounting team;
Coordinating with Chairman and Managing Director for financial management, reporting, and decision making;
Reviewing availability of skills in the Finance team and recommend changes as appropriate;
Preparing strategic financial management plan;
Monitoring financial performance of the operation on company's ERP/ Tally, analyze data, and prepare reports for the management and ERP Automation;
