Job Description

• Responsible to make and implement Company's HR & Admin policies & Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts. • Working closely with the senior management in connecting strategy formulation of the company. • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring overall HR, Admin & Compliance functions of head office & factories under respective zone • Face the certification audit, obtained certificate and face other surveillance audits. • Monitor Supervise & Coordinate all administrative, transport & overall logistics issue as per group policy. • Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured. • Follow up daily housekeeping activities to maintain the cleanliness of workplace. • Maintain environmental sustainability for the organization through all the activities & work procedures. • Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Salary & Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc. • Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, employee relation issues as per law. • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG/Textile sector in Bangladesh. • To prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, H & M COC Standard, social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audit. • Preparing head office & factories complying with COCs of the different buyers with a view to facing different compliances, i.e. social, technical, safety (structural, electrical, fire), environmental, QMS, health & safety, product safety (GOTS, OCS, GRS), etc • To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order. • To monitor training/awareness on regular basis. • Communicate with BTMA, BTTLMEA, BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc. • To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.

Prefer PGDHRM or degree from Textile, Apparel Manufacturing or any other field
