Job Context

Looking for an Operation Manager who will ensure the efficiency of organizational processes alongside helping to maintain and work on growth of process standards. The operations manager will oversee daily activities, and as an ideal candidate he should have a sharp business mind and proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity. Need to be highly skilled in operational aspects. Additionally, need to be able to display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within a team. Candidate’s ultimate responsibility is to increase operational efficiency in the company.

Job Description

 Coordinate activities that affect operational decisions, business strategies and responsible for planning of daily operations.  Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure necessary business project delivery times are met.  Plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis.  Ensure the respective team has enough time to develop and deliver campaigns based on the client's request.  Make sure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment and ensure smooth operations of various activations for client companies.  Operational planning, monitoring the KPI achievement, identifying new opportunity, business growth, and controlling risks.  Communicating and maintaining relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.  Perform a diverse role in overall marketing activity besides looking after the BTL marketing.  Ensure marketing operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.  Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization.  Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.  Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives.  Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.  Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.  Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems.  Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant  Oversee materials and inventory management.  Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management

 Proven work experience in operational areas of any reputed marketing agency to ensure smooth operations of brand or consumer activations.  Strong budget development and oversight skills.  Ability to oversee the operational activity of consumer activation, trade marketing and BTL marketing activities  Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service.  Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes.  Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in MS office/G-suit.

Salary Range

  • 80 to 120


Car Allowance 50K & anothers as per company policy
