Job Description

1. Supervising, advising, and assisting Reservation &Ticketing staff in doing their duties properly 2. Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart flights 3. Responsible for all types of ticket issues, re‐issue, fare calculation, Ensuring VISA compliance etc 4 Communicate with HO and other departments for doing/solving flight/passenger related issues. 5 Must be familiar with Amadeus System 6 Supervise and Ensure customer & agent satisfaction at Reservation & Ticketing counter, as well as performing telesales to both. 7 Make sure that customers are attended to properly, understanding their needs, give them proper advice and solutions and ensure that reservation and ticketing activities are properly handled according to the need of customers. 8. Smooth handling of holiday packages, and coordinating group requests in support of Sales team. 9 Supervise Smooth handling of reservation services, such as PNR confirmations, CPS checks, BC meals, DNB passenger accommodation, etc. 10 Maintaining flight statistics and Sales reports (BSP/Counter) for GSA/Airline management to reach Revenue & Operational targets. 11 Provide proper support to Airport check‐in staff for any issues/queries regarding PNRs and tickets 12 Other assigned work as and when assigned by the management.
