Job Description

1. Responsible for all finishing such as but not limited to block & plastering false ceiling, gypsum walls painting, tiling marble works, and parquet flooring landscaping. 2. Preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities. 3. To check the quality of all materials received on-site prepare quality reports, defects if any. 4. Review requirements and the specification relevant standards to ensure understanding of compliance work done with the specified requirements and the specification drawings. 5. Carry out specified inspection/test by relevant inspection/test plans, including works with the subcontractors. 6. Overall, supervision coordination General Foreman areas responsibilities the allocation work areas. 7. Follow-up to ensure execution work is carried out by approved method statements. 8. Follow-up General Foreman efficient usage materials minimize wastage, supervise materials storage area. 9. Coordinates and monitors subcontractors' daily construction and obligations liaison subcontractors. 10. Review certify payment certificates of the subcontractors
