Job Context

An Online QC Inspectors responsible for monitoring the quality aspects of incoming raw materials to the factory and the products that are ready to be delivered. He also ensures that manufactured products meet the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers.

Job Description

Inspecting each packaging material as per policy while receiving from suppliers. Rejecting all the incomingpackaging materials failed to meet quality inspections and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest. Ensuring quality of finish goods, such as date coding, filling/ weighting, cap fitting, labeling, sealing/heating, packaging, cartooning etc. Maintaining and preserving online check sheet on daily basis. Assisting in packaging material inventory. Adjusting water plant equipment ensuring operational guidelines are followed. And completing water plant maintenance records.
