Job Description
Act to achieve sales target of the Company
Supports team member and performs management duties
Must have good knowledge to create effective sales planning and implantation the same
Planning and implementing effective business strategies to achieve the business growth
Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve organizations objectives
Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database and keeping the clients informed about the upcoming programs
Ensure progress in the sales process and create strategic proposals to meet potential requirement
Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
Proactively gather market feedback and monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities to support sales strategies of the Organization
Responsible for the performance of sales team, make sure that the team members complete their duties in time and accurate manner
Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, solves customer queries, and effectively handling customer complaints
