Job Description

  • Able to execute overall Corporate HR and Admin activities.
  • Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the corporate and factory.
  • Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
  • Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
  • Handle all kinds of protocol related works.
  • Look after & relation development with local administration & others corporate affairs.
  • Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
  • Monitor & Supervise employee development & training.
  • Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
  • Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
  • Designing and establishing performance record tracking system.
  • Supervise the performance appraisal process, planning and developing employee motivation, reward and punishment actions.
  • Provide day to day advice and consultation to top management, line managers on numerous human resources and management issues.
  • Any other job as may be assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA in any discipline
  • PGD and LLB degree will get added advantage.
