Job Description
- Able to execute overall Corporate HR and Admin activities.
- Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the corporate and factory.
- Conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementation.
- Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner
- Handle all kinds of protocol related works.
- Look after & relation development with local administration & others corporate affairs.
- Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
- Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
- Monitor & Supervise employee development & training.
- Ensure effective Human Resource Planning- the best fit between employees and jobs and avoiding manpower shortage and surpluses in the organization within budget constraints.
- Formulation and implementation of policies and manuals.
- Designing and establishing performance record tracking system.
- Supervise the performance appraisal process, planning and developing employee motivation, reward and punishment actions.
- Provide day to day advice and consultation to top management, line managers on numerous human resources and management issues.
- Any other job as may be assigned by the Management time to time.

- BBA/MBA
Additional Educational Requirements
- BBA/MBA in any discipline
- PGD and LLB degree will get added advantage.
