Job Context

A renowned multinational Medical Equipment manufacturing industry is looking for "Executive- Finance (VAT & TAX)" position to work in their factory located at Gazipur, Islampur.

Job Description

 Directly responsible to ensure the compliance for VAT and Income Tax work particularly.  VAT Deduction at Source from Suppliers and other service payables as applicable, Tax deduction at Source from Staff Salary, Honorarium and any other allowances.  Ensure time to time Preparation of Tax deducted at Source (TDS) & VAT deducted at Source (VDS) Certificate (Mushak-6.6) and Provide to its stakeholders,  Preparation and Submission of Value Added Tax Return (Mushak-9.1) for VAT authority.  Keep all the VAT & Tax registers updated, issue VAT & Tax treasury Challan and deposit to the government exchequer through Bank on time;  Maintain the records, registers & documents regarding VAT & Tax conforming to VAT & Tax laws in a timely manner;  Issuance of VAT deducted at Source (VDS) Certificate (Mushak-6.6) and Provide to its stakeholders;  Also required to perform any other assigned job as advised by Departmental Head or other superior authority  Preparation and Submission of Value Added Tax Return (Mushak-9.1) for VAT authority;  Liaison with NBR, VAT & Tax circle and Division as well as related personnel;  Preparation of statements for annual Tax audit and Assist Statutory Auditor;

Additional Educational Requirements

BBA/BBS/ B.Com (Hon's) with MBA/MBS/ M.Com in Accounting/Management/ Marketing/Finance.

Minimum 3 -5 years' experience in similar job (Finance department & VAT return Submission). • Familiarization and working knowledge of VAT software will be preferred. (Preferable if any professional course completed.)
