To establish SHL brand as Top of Mind in the eye of the customer through corporate branding and generate leads through different marketing activities to support sales.

Job Description

• Lead all aspects of daily management for the Marketing Department. • Work closely with the Management to devise effective marketing and brand strategy. • Manage and lead the entire end to end marketing activities to ensure that, the guidelines are strictly adhered. • Develop high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy. • Prepare marketing brief for the agencies and launch projects as per planned timeline. • Work closely with other heads of departments on marketing and different other projects. • Understand and develop budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. • Plan, propose and execute possible marketing campaign targeting lead generation. • Handle social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing. • Plan and execute corporate branding aligning marketing strategy. • Plan, prepare and finalize brochure and other communication materials to support sales. • Coordinate with advertising and/or event management agency for the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects. • Evaluate periodic performance of existing vendors and agencies. • Develop members of the marketing team up to their full potential.
