Job Description

 To support the Sales manager with the generation of sales enquiries by developing and maintaining relationships with previous and prospective corporate guests and agents, proactively promoting Chill Factore as a premium and exciting team-building and corporate events venue, undertaking outbound calls, providing information/guidance, identifying needs and recommending solutions.  To work with the Marketing Executive to deliver monthly corporate newsletters which drive enquiries and develop the schools’ database.  To develop and maintain a quality service by adhering to the end-to-end process for managing all corporate enquiries/bookings: answering and following up guest enquiries, sending out and following up booking forms, ensuring payments are processed in advance of visit and securing post-visit feedback.  To ensure that all guest enquiries are responded to in a timely manner, providing accurate and up-to-date information.  To schedule bookings, liaising closely with the product and resources schedulers to ensure yield is managed effectively.  To utilise the Customer Relationship Management system to help manage data, enquiries and bookings efficiently and accurately, optimising repeat bookings and acquiring new corporate guests.  To use data to guide decisions to create efficiencies, identify opportunities and drive an effective performance.  To liaise with internal departments and the company’s appointed catering provider to ensure there is a seamless approach to the management of the guest journey and delivery of the guest experience.  To understand industry trends, market activities and competitors in order to support the Sales Manager in developing new ideas for the enhancement of the corporate sales product area which best satisfy the changing needs and wants of our guests, ensuring that any new products adhere to health and safety requirements.  To liaise with relevant departments/areas of the business (Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to execute activity, invoice revenue and manage costs. Page 2  To work with the Brand Manager and Marketing Executive to keep the corporate groups pages of the website current and accurate, to produce sales collateral and to carry out market research including competitor analysis.  To ensure all marketing activity/events and photography/filming requirements adhere to health and safety requirements.  To provide weekly and monthly reports to the Sales Manager, documenting sales activity, volume and revenue achievements.  To support the Sales Manager in the provision of a monthly Board report on sales performance and planned activity to the Director of Sales & Marketing.  To identify and implement sales process improvements, e.g. email templates  To organise and conduct guest events (such as familiarisation visits).  To co-ordinate the sales team’s attendance at exhibitions and, where required, represent the company at exhibitions.  To work with the Operations Team to oversee medium to large corporate group visits, as required by the Sales Manager, to ensure the smooth running of the visit and optimum guest experience.  To deputise for the Sales Manager weekly function sheet meeting, as required.
