Job Description

• Ensuring sustainable Density, Moisture, and Appearance of honey when receiving from supplier. • Planning, monitoring, controlling, and upgrading production & Maintenance as per company requirement. • Ensured breakdown, preventive, schedule maintenance and overhauling for all machineries. • Cooperating with the Operation, Finance, Brand and Sales departments preparing budget, product pricing, product costing. • Monitoring buying plan, blend forecast and production plan for honey packing unit. • Monitoring inventory management, raw materials, packing and final goods. • Monitoring production & delivery performance through planning. • Ensuring & maintaining the quality of packing materials & finished goods. • Preparing & controlling the annual production budget every year. • Ensuring sustainable Density, Moisture, and Appearance of honey, when before production. • Ensuring optimum production plan in line with sales and stock cover in line with capacity utilization. Ensuring Import work for Commercial, Logistic & Procurement. • Arrange erection & commissioning for new machineries. • Monitoring Suppliers Performance and buyer requirements. • Maintaining all site safety records, including training, HSE training, site inspections, Accident report and cooperating with the investigation team. • Monitoring GMP, GHP, and PPE, Logbook for all Machine, Factory Hygiene, Food Safety, Health Safety, Electrical Safety, Mechanical Safety and Fire Safety. • Arrange training on product knowledge for all types of employee. • Managing all aspects of the SOP document control and approval system and processes improvements. • Any other job assigns by the supervisor or line management time to time.

Additional Educational Requirements

Educational Requirements: B.Sc. in food technology/ functional food/ food science / nutrition / chemistry from a reputed institute / university.

• Highly experienced candidates will be given to preference. • Good inter-personal skills and Basic arithmetic skill. • Proficiency in MS-Office. • Able to work under pressure and 100% aligned with company rules & regulations.
