Job Description

1. Planning and organizing the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets in support of the developed strategy. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders and other key players to establish brand objectives and strategies. 3. Conduct market research to understand markets and determine how to position the brand. 4. Suggest and implement creative ideas for marketing operations. 5. Assist in the development and optimization of marketing campaigns (product launching and promotion). 6. Liaise with other departments such as sales, product development, and other teams. 7. Evaluate competition, industry, and market trends. 8. Lead in the development of brand strategies, resulting in the formulation of brand plans (ATL & 9. BTL activities, internet marketing, product, pricing, distribution, etc) 10. Liaise with external associates; creative agency, media agency, activation agency and PR agency, etc. for brand activities. 11. To drive brand health and volume on-time delivery of New Product Development projects. 12. Generate reports on brand performance, sales, and all marketing projects. 13. Timely execution of various marketing support programs, and communications campaigns as per plan. 14. Creative input of all packaging, advertising & promotions concepts. 15. Monitor and analyze market share trends, sales volumes, and competition. 16. Formulating competitive strategy and marketing mix to build up brand equity. 17. Making and implementing an annual marketing plan to achieve growth of market share. 18. Coordinating new product development as well as the extension of the existing product range. 19. Forecasting demand and consumption of assigned products and SKUs. 20. Participation in media planning to ensure alignment with a marketing objective. 21. Involvement in regulatory matters in the relevant cases. 22. Visiting markets and consumer hubs to find out insights about purchase behavior. 23. Other operational tasks are assigned by the supervisor and the management.
