Job Description

Maintain transport of distribution depots. Keep the document of transports up to date. Keep record of transport related issues and prepare report as per requirement. Maintain liaison with third party transport service provide so that transport can be arranged in case of emergency. Process documents & bills of third party related transport service. Review, reconcile the transportation cost, minimize cost, recommend cost effective transportations channel, and analyze expenditures and other financial information in order to develop plans, policies, and budgets for increasing profits and improving services. Ensure all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced and ensure the smooth operation of the commercial fleet. Ensure smooth maintenance of the vehicles. Liaison with the workshops from time to time.

1. Handle total transport (covered Van, Trailer, and Pickups) sales and operation. To be able to handle driver, helper, accidental Issues, repair and maintenance. 2. Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate. Will give priority to master degree holder. 3. Experience: Preference will be given those who has practical knowledge and ability to communicate in English. Fresher can apply if confident. Good computer operating knowledge. 4. Additional Job Responsibility: Prepare movement report, cost report. Any assignment given by Management.
