A renowned RMG industry is looking for Head of HR / CHRO position
Job Description
1. Lead, supervise & handle the HR, Admin & Compliance team. 2. Guide the manpower budgeting, planning, recruitment & selection of the Organization. 3. Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce. 4. Planning and fabricating customized Salary and grade/ band structure for employees and new recruits of the Organization so that it benefits the organization as well as the employee 5. Developing Annual Budgets for the department as per organizational needs. 6. Ensure discipline and proper administrative control in the factory. 7. To prepare factories for audit as per Buyers COC and local law inline with Fire & SafetyCoordinate, compile all reports / returns of Alliance / Accord remediation process related to compliance. 8. Responsible for defining and developing the strategies which underpin with group CSR objectives. 9. Application of Performance Management System (PMS) formulation &implementation in using Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Basis .
