Job Description

1. Plan, organize, and supervise the work of Textile and Leather Production, R&D and QC Team, Sales Team, Store and Delivery, Commercial, Collection & Credit Recovery Team and Utility & Maintenance Team. 2. Coordination of consistent service and quality level for customers, jointly with other MBL Departments like Sales Dept. (Textile & Leather), Production, QC and R&D, Local Procurement and VAT & TAX. 3. Overall look after operations ie Production, Planning, Inventory and related Certification (H&M Positive List, ISO, GOTS, IKEA, ETAD, Oeko-Tex, REACH & EU Eco flower) ensuring that the ambitious finished goods quality and sales target are met. 4. Prepare Annual Sales and Collections Target Plan, compare Monthly Sales and Collections Forecast with Report and also make necessary product costing for new upcoming Products. 5. Attend meeting with Raw Material Suppliers for new product developments in presence of the Head of R&D, Foreign Procurement, and Local Procurement Team of AHL. 6. Initiate credit recovery for bad parties and monitor the follow-up status with Credit & Collection Dept. 7. Attempt to recruit potential employees/ professionals in order to grow for MBL Market Share and market coverage in Bangladesh. 8. Coordination & follow-up of the product stock level to ensure that stock level is maintained as per Sales Trends. 9. Develop systems and procedures as directed by the top management towards improvement in the Sales and Management System. 10. Look after the UPS and Lead Acid Battery Bank at Head Office and regularly monitor their activities and arrange the periodic maintenance.

# Technical Knowledge: Reaction Engineering and Seperation Process, Fabric and Yarn Dyeing Methods, Dyeing Test Methods, AATCC, ASTM, Chemical Nature of Various Dyes and their applications, Knowledge of Chemical nature of Cotton, Polyster, Nylon & Wool, Knowledge of new products that are eco-friendly as per global standard, Operation Management & Law
