Job Description

> Perform all the bond related works i.e., renewal of Bonded Warehouse License, change of signatory, yearly customs bond audit and manage bond office proficiently and independently;
> To record ‘In to Bond’ in the Bond Registers as well as the bonded warehouse of the 
> Bonder/Licensee subject to duly authorized Joint signature of Bonder/Licensee and Bond License > Issuer in compliance with the Customs (Economic Zones) Procedures, 2017;
> To record ‘Ex-Bond’ from the Bond Registers as well as the bonded warehouse of the

> Bonder/Licensee subject to duly authorized Joint signature of Bonder/Licensee and Bond License > Issuer in compliance with the Customs (Economic Zones) Procedures, 2017;
> Preserving and maintaining Bond Registers in compliance with the Customs Act, 1969;
> Communication/Liaison with Customs Bond Commissionerate-Dhaka and C&F agent licensed from Customs Bond Commissionerate-Dhaka;
> Banking activities such as obtaining checks and pay orders from the head office in relation to customs duties and taxes and depositing those checks and pay orders at the Supreme Court 
> Branch of Sonali Bank.
> Any other responsibilities and tasks assigned by the management.
