Job Context

A multinational (Japanese) company is looking for a young, smart & energetic candidate for Business Development department. 

Only Female candidates are eligible for this position.

Job Description

1) Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2) Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3) Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4) Collecting information of our potential projects by executing the action plan.
5) Make a project list or forecast in order to discuss the strategy internally by using our original marketing system.
6) Coordinate with project manager, design, estimation, and other related parties to satisfy requirements and achieve sales goals.
7) Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
8) Manage negotiation and construction contract and necessary documentation.
9) Analyze tender result for next competition by obtaining information from client.
10) Manage groundbreaking ceremony, completion ceremony, and other party, session if necessary.
11) Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
12) Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
13) Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA

Additional Educational Requirements

Graduation in Business Administration (Marketing or any other discipline)

Experience Requirements

• Experience Required 3 to 6 Year(s)

Job Requirements

• Age 25 to 32 Year(s)
• Both Male and Female can Apply

• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English.
  Good knowledge of local construction market, local trend of commerce, industry and welfare.

Salary Range

Benefits

Bangladesh Office, Gulshan: Sunday – Thursday from 08:00 hrs – 17:00 hrs with 1-hour rest and lunch time.
