Job Description

1. To Achieve Sales Targets by Effective Management of Sales strategies , (Production & Sales Meeting) & effective use of resources Sales team, budget etc.
2. Management of National level Activities, Sales Team, Overall Dealer Management.
3. Continuous sales operation improvement by regular visit / month to market & Dealer showrooms.
4. Creating effective sales team by recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing sales teams to achieve business objectives.
5. Assist to appointment new dealer in assigned region and develop dealers skills with sales training & evaluation.
6. Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Plan & control promotional activities by using area marketing and schemes to boast up retail sales.
7. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their targets/KPIs.
8. Plan & achieve Sales targets and targeted market share.
9. Develop sound sales strategy for customer Sales & corporate Sales using company resources effectively & market information
10. Develop Sales operation quality in all aspects ( Manpower skill, process, management etc) to achieve No.1 customer satisfaction.
