Job Context

One of the largest RMG industry in Bangladesh is looking for FIT Technician for Target Buyer (Business Partner Fit Engineer) (BPFE) position. 

Job Description

Must be experience on Technical & fitting for 5+ Year (woven/Denim)
Must be Good on Pattern Making (Manually & Digitally)
Must have to operate Gerber, Investronica
Must have certification as a Fit Engineer from any buyer
Ability to write Tech Pack of products
Proper Knowledge on PPT
He will work with system entry with the Target Buyer Pass code
Direct mail communicates with Buyers Target from the USA. as A Fit Engineer.
Follow buyer Guideline, as tech pack, buyer block pattern,
Check pattern, measurement, fabric, trims, Etc. before initiating work
Any clarification communicate with buyer,
knows how to make Pattern, grading & Check, Tech pack, style, construction, Fabric trims, Quality, workmanship, Dummy fit,
Make Evaluation report, Dummy fitting report, base pattern without seam nil shrinkage pattern upload send to buyer, after garment is ready
He should take care of Buyer communication everyday himself and check with the system and reply day to day work and the same time communicate with our Merchandiser, also BD office.
