• As the Head of Customer Service leads the whole team.
• Look after all Pre- and Post-handover Services including Registration Dept. with his own leadership skills.
• Able to make strategy of the Customer Service Dept. and implement the same.
• Work with an aim to "Win the customer's heart and zero customer dissatisfaction"
• Able to achieve quantitative goals.

• Know the works process of Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Post hand Over Service, Registration, etc.
• Smart communication skill
• Change management skill 
• Excellent convincing and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skill
• Must have a can-do attitude
• Computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Browsing, Email Communication)
• Working experience in renowned Real Estate Developers/ Five Star Hotels/ Service Industry/ Customer Centric Organizations etc will get preference.
