Job Context

A multinational company providing complete solutions to all sectors of the construction industry, specializing in solutions for the construction of buildings, industrial facilities, power plants and to all types of transportation and civil infrastructure, searching for Specification Engineer to sell Building Materials / Construction Chemicals,  specification packages to consultants and customers.

Job Description

• To sell specification packages to consultants and customers so as to ensure that our products are incorporated in the tender stage it-self
• Develop CRM with the Specifiers/ new consultants and create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications
• Create Standard specification submittals and generate specification data bank
• Maintain database of influencers of Govt. Institutions, private firms and generate project leads followed by Brand or product approval.
• Conduct product briefing sessions or demand generation activities firms to create brand awareness
• Provide support to front sales teams to ensure engagement to generate project lead
• Track and keep regular updates of competition info
• Conduct In house presentations for Key specifiers and consultants for product up-date to the group
• Keep updating the consultant's data bank
• Participate in technical events

Experience to sell in Building Materials / Construction Chemicals / Site Execution with Good Communication & Presentation skills.
