Job Description

1. Monitor the new product developmental work.
2. Monitor the work of all Executives of PMD & their allocated new & existing product.
3. Formulate Marketing plan, sales budget, promotional plan and strategy for new and existing products.
4. Monitor Rx ranking & ims ranking and give feedback to all Executive.
5. Communicate with FFs for customers feedback regarding gift, PPM & other issues.
6. Coordinate the training program for existing & new FFs.
7. Conduct monthly sales conference.
8. Monitoring the monthly sample & PPM allocation also gift allocation.
9. Monitor Doctors Honorarium .
10. Communicate with FFs regarding Doctors conference & Seminar.
11. Liaison maintain to ensure the technical support to Production Department and Regulatory Affairs Division.
12. Communicate with commercial department for smooth supply of all promotional materials and other issues.
13. Analysis product wise sales regularly and give feedback to sales forces for movement of products.
14. Provide various strategy to the field for uplifting the products Brand Value.

Communicate with distribution department for availability of the products.
