Job Context

A renowned large RMG Group of industries is searching for “Head of Production (DGM/ AGM)” position to work at Gazipur. 

Job Description

•    Responsible for daily production and achieving Daily Production Target as per buyer required quality standard.
•    Supervise Factory wise Garments Operation.
•    Monitor approval of Samples and ensure on time delivery and provide Technical & Logistics support to the Sample Room.
•    Maintain DHU Level.
•    Continuous improvement in current Factory Production Efficiency.
•    Maintain approved Working Hours in the Factories.
•    Follow-up and coordinate with all HODs for on time booking, arrival of all accessories so that Plan Cut Date and Production Start Date can be maintained as per planning.
•    Machine selection, layout of machinery, Process Improvement for high level of productivity and quality.
•    Responsible for operation and control & management of Staff.
•    Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
•    Manage all tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass and on-time shipment.
•    Coordinate with all Departments for smooth Garments Manufacturing.
•    Closely monitor Sewing and Finishing for getting the best possible output and providing direction to the respective Floors.
•    Setup the Sewing Line, check consumption, costing and inventory.
•    Strictly follow-up hourly Production and work for increasing.
•    Lead all Production Staff from the front and having good command on them.
•    Ensure complete tasks to make Finished Goods from Raw Materials.
•    Communicate always with the Merchandising Team and solve every production-related issues.
•    Achieve maximum production by the lowest cost.
•    Appointing and interviewing all Production Staff.
•    Guide IE Team for increasing Production.
•    Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and skill matrix. 
•    Giving feedback to the Buyers and Buyer QC.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc/ M.Sc

Additional Educational Requirements

B.Sc in Industrial Engineering/ Textile Technology/ Apparel manufacturing or any Science Discipline.
