Job Context

A multinational RMG industry is looking for Assistant Manager- Compliance (Female) for working at their DEPZ, Savar and Gazipur factory. 

Job Description

• To monitor Factory's compliance with all types of applicable laws (Employment, Working Condition, Occupational Health & Safety, Security, etc.) and regulations and client standards (Buyer Code of Conduct), evaluate and determine impact of changing laws and client’s requirements and disseminate information to relevant departments.

• To assist departments in complying with standards (with all types of legal and buyers requirement) and provide consultation, support, guidelines and technical assistance on matters related to workplace standard or compliance.

• To conduct regular internal audits including the inspection of facilities, worksites, equipment, work practices and safety devices to ensure compliance with required workplace standards, regulations and policy.

• Responsible for conducting audit to Suppliers and Sub-contractors both Social and GSV (C-TPAT) Compliance, as and when assign by the Manager.

• To assist Manager during buyers and 3rd party Audits.

• Preparing Corrective Action Plan for internal Social and Security audit & monitoring the implementation status based on that plan.

• To monitor Welfare and Safety of the employee.

Must be very good in Communication in English. Well conversant with BSCI, Accord, SADEX.
