Job Description
- Training new employees on how to perform their jobs properly
- Supervising workers to ensure they are performing their duties in a safe and effective manner
- Conducting inspections to ensure that work is being performed efficiently and effectively
- Coordinating with other departments such as facilities maintenance to ensure that all cleaning needs are met
- Scheduling work crews to ensure that all tasks are completed within time frames specified by management
- Determining the best methods for cleaning various types of surfaces such as walls or floors
- To supervise the cleaning stuffs.
- Check and send purchase requisition for cleaning materials.
- Instruct and guide the cleaners for necessary actions
