Job Description

• Responsible for the development of the designated product lines for the company.
• Schedules and monitors all product development schedules to ensure timely completion in accordance with the specified buyer/product development calendar.
• Assures the technical excellence and high quality of all products under his/her jurisdiction.
• Develops the product specifications, promotes them, and keeps all documentation, style files, and samples relating to the product and related applications.
• Partnering with product, material, and embellishments manufacturers and sourcing to utilize the existing materials, embellishments, building methods/procedures, and samples to create inventive and technically improved products each season.
• Consistently replenish the showroom with developed product styles. 
• Communicates with the designer, the merchant team, and quality assurance to disseminate product technical information and ensure the accuracy, legitimacy, and integrity of all developing items. 
• Performs above JD Properly and other duties as assigned for a future role.

• Capability to do work with Illustrator or Ps software will be added advantage.
