Job Description

•Lead the team to initiate a project, after getting requirements, by surveying the project site, analyzing the requirements, generating the cost estimation, budget, and project proposal

•A skilled and experienced implementation team will be led and coordinated with all other teams of the Construction Department & client program for the successful completion of any project from inception to handover by maintaining proper design, by following technical specifications and safety protocol, satisfying client requirements & functionality, by mitigating of risk, by keeping control on cost& time.

•Lead the Construction team to initiate the Construction Project by planning for determining the time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project

•Planning and staffing for each phase of the project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel, and guiding the project implementation unit to establish a work plan

•Collect, Review, and prepare the project status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required

•Lead and guide the project team to prepare project reports and other documents for management, the client (concern program), or others

•Check, review, and analyze the technical problems and provide necessary solutions, and advice to the project team to resolve problems

•Coordinate with the design team, consultant, Govt. agencies, and other units to mitigate the issues those are related to project activities

•Prepare and study the Contract documents like Specifications, B.O.Q (Bill of Quantities), and drawings thoroughly and compare with the Tender stage Civil documents and inform the authority in regards to any discrepancy

• Coordinate for all requirements of drawings, materials, manpower, transportation, etc. Guide the team to ensure the accuracy of all drawings and documents with zero discrepancies

•Responsible for ensuring and maintaining quality and timely completion of the projects within budget and satisfaction of Consultant/Customers

•Lead the team and to ensure that all works are carried out as per the relevant specifications/requirements and ensure the standard of quality and accuracy of works and materials. Ensuring control of wastage of materials is kept below the expected norms

•Generate and provide suitable work instructions/method statements for all activities of company personnel/subcontractors' personnel where the absence of such works instructions/method statements would adversely affect the quality of the final work

•Carries out supervisory and project management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, industry best practices, and as established by any applicable laws.
