Job Description

1. Overall responsible for Sales & Marketing of all products of the Group.
2. Establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring cost, competition, supply, and demand.
3. Monitoring the team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
4. Maintain sales volume, Product mix, and selling price with supply demand, Change trend economic indicators and competitors.
5. Keeping up to date with products and competitors to study sales, Market surveys, and analysis of business activities.
6. Supervise, follow up, and oversee sales and marketing activities and provide support to the team member for further improvement.
7. Create a new customer base for open Sales/Tender /Sales/Push sales etc. maintain good relations with existing clients & adopting policies to hunt new ones.
8. Provide day-to-day marketing and sales report to the management.

1. Significant work experience in the field of Security Paper Printing, Media Paper, White Paper, and Offset paper marketing.
2. Strong networking and communications skills to achieve sales targets and growth.
3. Able to develop new products and businesses.
4. Skill in the development of the strategic plan and its implementation.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written).
