Job Description
1. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets within the assigned territories.
2. Identify potential corporate clients and modern trade partners, and establish strong business relationships to drive sales growth.
3. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitors, and stay updated on industry trends.
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key clients and stakeholders.
7. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
8. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports for management review.
9. Forecast sales projections, track sales targets, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
10. Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to promote the company's products.
11. Stay informed about product developments, pricing, and other relevant information to provide excellent customer support and assistance.
12. Uphold the company's values and maintain a positive work environment within the team and lead the corporate sales & modern trade team.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field from a reputed institution
2. Proven experience in corporate sales and modern trade management
3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both written and verbal, in English and Bengali.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Sound understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales techniques.
7. Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to drive informed decisions.
8. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
9. Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
10. Prior experience in the marketing sector would be an added advantage.
