Job Description

  • Must have Knowledge about Lean Management.
  • Perform on the 5S management system.
  • Overall responsibilities of IE & Planning Dept
  • Control Excessive overtime , reduce operation cost, Best use of machine & Manpower, special folder & guide attachment has to introduce for lean management
  • Develop SMV data bank, Machine layout, and Line layout & organize the line setup.
  • Improve Individual efficiency, productivity , Proper solving method, Reduce line gap, WIP, Bottleneck & line balancing for optimum output.
  • Best Practice to improve the productivity of Method study, Capacity study, and production study has to ensure. Set another assignment by the management from time to time.
  • Ability to prepare production plans as well as line plans.
  • Analysis of production alters, reject, rework & report to the Management.
  • Calculate SMV on garments sketch for costing before handing it over to the merchandisers.
  • Determine the standard minute value to set up production targets and planning.
  • Make final layout for bulk production.
  • Work to enhance line balancing.
  • Make style-wise line balancing reports (before & after) for buying a house.
  • Prepare and maintain the style-wise layout and OB (operation breakdown).
  • Recommend the best methods of space, manpower, material, and equipment utilization in production facilities.
  • Maintain record for time study data.
  • Ensure optimum use of man, machine, material, and method.
  • Attend P.P. meeting with production staff.
  • Participate in the daily & monthly production meetings for every new style.
  • Apply industrial tools and techniques in improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Calculate fabric & thread consumption.
  • Observe the processes and develop ideas for method improvement for the production floor.
  • Other tasks will be assigned by the Management.

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Textile Background will be given preference.
