Job Description
- Market development & Expansion; Sales & Sales Operation; Customer Relationship Management
- Contact with customers and communicate, promote sales of company products (Kraft Liner Paper, Test Liner Paper, Medium Paper Duplex Board, Swedish Board etc)
- Maintain and manage a list of customer database and make regular contacts to update about product, price etc
- Regular communication through email/ telephone/ Customer visit; arrange meetings and appointments
- Collect Order, email/ dispatch PI, LC collection, follow up order status and communicate it to customer
- Knowledge on LC and import Documentation
- Regularly handle and manage customer queries
