Job Description
- Appraisal assessing market value of properties offered as security for Loan Land & Building.
- Site Visits, Visiting properties to assess valuation and progress of work.
- Documentation Verification of documents like building approvals, plans, estimates etc. to ensure compliance with applicable building rules and other applicable regulations.
- Recording of site observations and recommending loan amount based on assessment made, documents and site observations.
- Managing relationship with customers and channel partners.
