Prior to that, he served as Director of Human Capital Management, Compliance, and Administration at Windy Group, and as General Manager of HR & Administration at Fakir Apparels, one of the largest RMG factories. He also led the Corporate HR department at Dekko Group and the HR department at Meena Bazar, a leading retail chain. Mr. Kamruzzaman holds a diverse academic background specializing in Human Resources Management, including BA (Hons.), MA (Eng.), MBA (HR), LLB, PGD (HRM), Diploma in Social Compliance, and Diploma in Computer System Management.
