Identifying and coordinating with various top counsels and advising the management on various deal structures, agreement templates.

Responsible for drafting and vetting of various commercial documents, Lease Deeds, Conveyance Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Mortgage Deeds, Development Agreement, Agreement for Sale etc.

Knowledge on contract act, civil act, power of attorney act, transfer & registration of properties related Act. 
Liaison with Govt. & Non- Govt. offices/ officials.
Possess modern and contemporary administrative management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
