Duties/Responsibilities

Develop, plan and formulate enterprise agreements or collective contracts such as productivity- based wage adjustment procedures, workplace relations policies and programs, and procedures for their implementation. 13. Oversee the formation and conduct of workplace consultative committees and employee participation initiatives. 14. Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals. 15. Provide overall leadership and guidance to HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, etc. 16. Create and implement compensation and benefits plan. 17. Evaluate plans for cost-effectiveness. Ensure optimum utilization of Manpower. 18. Create relationships with HR Vendors. 19. Develop and monitor HR Budget. 20. Ensure new hire survey and exit interview to improve existing welfare.
