DGM-HR (HOD)

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.

Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection to ensure timely hiring of skilled manpower for factory and corporate operations.

Prepare manpower planning, annual HR budgets, organizational structures, and workforce optimization plans.

Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave management, payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee records.

Implement KPI/KRA-based performance management systems and ensure effective performance appraisals.

Lead employee training, development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.

Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, and applicable workplace regulations.

Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution to maintain a productive work environment.

Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture development.

Lead HR digital transformation through effective implementation and utilization of HRIS/HR software.

Monitor HR analytics, including employee turnover, absenteeism, manpower cost, and recruitment performance.

Advise top management on strategic HR decisions, organizational development, and workforce productivity.

Strong leadership and strategic HR management capabilities.

Excellent knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR best practices.

Hands-on experience in HRIS, ERP, and HR software.

Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage both factory and corporate HR operations.
