Md. Musharrof Hossain is the award winning internationally renowned HR professional and speaker who is the recipient of numerous national and international awards including the “Lifetime HR Achievement Award 2013” for the BSHRM, “Lifetime HR Achievement Award 2017” from the World HRD congress and “Global HR leader Award 2017” from the Malaysian institute of Human Resources Management. Mr. Hossain is one of the Editorial Advisory Board Member of the South Asian Journal for Human Resources Management (SAJHRM). Which is the first journal in this kind by the Griffith University, Australia and Sage Publication.  He is the Chairman of the newly introduced Asia Pacific Federation of Human Resources Management HR Professional Award Committee. He also served as the member of International jury Board Member for Great HR leaders Award 2013.

Mr. Hossain is also the Adjunct Professor of Human Resources in MBA program of few leading Universities in Bangladesh including IBA of the University of Dhaka. He regularly deliver lecture in different national and international seminars/conferences on Human Resources.  Mr. Hossain has deliver keynote presentations in over 50 national and international conferences and seminars. Mr. Jafrul Hasan Sharif

Mr. Jafrul Hasan Sharif has over 17 years of experience, working in the field of corporate legal service, labor matter, compliance audit, and human rights issues as a lawyer. Mr. Sharif has vast experience in resolving labor disputes, legal implication of human resource management, labor compliance in the industries and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Sharif has expertise on dealing labor, other civil and criminal cases in the lower and upper Judiciary.

Currently Mr. Sharif working as a Labor Law expert in the labor law and policy reform committee of the Labor and Employment Ministry of the Government of Bangladesh, He drafted the Labor Law 2006, The Labor (amendment) Act 2013 and National Labor Policy 2012 of Bangladesh. The National Labor Policy 2012 approves by the cabinet after thirty-two years of countries labor policy of 1982. He also drafted the labor Rule 2015, National Inspection Policy and Inspection Manual for the ministry of labor and Employment as a core member of the drafting committee. He also reviewed and supported the government to reform upcoming BEPZA Labor Act 2018. In addition, Mr. Sharif is a reputed resource person and experienced trainer on legal affairs, labor and industrial relations.
