Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Executive

* Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
* Build corporate, B2B, retail and sub-agent networks.
* Develop relationships with corporate clients, airlines, hotels, travel partners and industry stakeholders.
* Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
* Develop and manage corporate travel and ticketing business.
* Build, lead and manage the Sales & Business Development team.
* Establish sales targets, KPIs and reporting systems.
* Develop effective sales processes and CRM practices.
* Analyze market trends, competition and customer requirements.
* Prepare business plans, sales forecasts and management reports.
* Contribute to the growth of Tripcut’s OTA and digital travel business.
* Take ownership of business growth, revenue and profitability targets.

* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.
* Experience in a senior / managerial / business development role.
* Strong knowledge of travel agency operations, airline ticketing and the Bangladesh travel market.
* Proven experience in corporate, B2B and retail travel business development.
* Strong industry network and client acquisition experience.
* Experience in team building and business process development.
* Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and business reporting.
* Experience with IATA, GDS, OTA or Corporate Travel will be an advantage.
