Executive – Freight Forwarding, CNF & Customs Clearance

Handle import/export shipments by sea and air (FCL, LCL & air freight).

Manage shipping documents: HBL/MBL, AWB, invoices, packing lists and Bills of Entry.

Coordinate customs clearance with licensed C&F agents, ports and authorities.

Follow up on shipment status, duty and tax payments, release and delivery.

Monitor port charges, demurrage and detention costs.

Keep customers and management updated on shipment status and issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.

3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, CNF/C&F or customs clearance.

Good knowledge of Bangladesh import/export procedures, HS codes, customs valuation and duty assessment.

Experience coordinating clearance at Chattogram Sea Port and Dhaka Airport.

Good command of English and Bangla; proficiency in MS Excel, Word and email.

Experience with China–Bangladesh import shipments is a plus.
